There are few dressings as timeless as a classic Caesar, but many traditional recipes rely on heavy ingredients or raw eggs. Our Creamy Caesar Bliss Dressing delivers everything you love, the rich, tangy flavour, silky texture, and savoury Parmesan finish using wholesome ingredients you can feel good about.
Made with protein-rich Greek yogurt, heart-healthy olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and just the right touch of Dijon and garlic, this lighter version is every bit as satisfying as the restaurant favourite. It comes together in just five minutes and is perfect for everything from crisp romaine salads to wraps, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, and even as a dip for fresh veggies.
Once you make homemade Caesar dressing, you'll wonder why you ever bought it in a bottle.

Creamy Caesar Bliss Dressing
Makes: ½ cupPreparation Time: 5 minutesCook Time: None
Ingredients
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, finely minced
Pinch of kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl or mason jar.
Step 2
Whisk until smooth and creamy. For an ultra-smooth dressing, blend for 20–30 seconds using an immersion blender or small food processor.
Step 3
Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional lemon juice, Parmesan, or black pepper if desired.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld together.
Storage
Store in an airtight mason jar or sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
HerEra Tip
For an extra burst of freshness, stir in a teaspoon of finely chopped fresh parsley or chives just before serving. If you prefer a thinner dressing, whisk in a teaspoon or two of cold water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Delicious Ways to Enjoy It
Toss with crisp romaine, grilled chicken, shaved Parmesan, and homemade croutons.
Drizzle over roasted vegetables or grilled asparagus.
Use as a spread on sandwiches and wraps.
Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables.
Spoon over grilled shrimp or salmon.
