By purchasing a ticket for any HerEra Experiences™ event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Ticket, Credit & Transfer Policy. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Any ticket credits or transfers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our policy and are granted at the sole discretion of HerEra Experiences™. Participation in our events constitutes acceptance of these terms.
 

Refund Policy 

At HerEra Experiences™, our events are carefully curated and require advance commitments with venues, transportation providers, accommodations, entertainers, and event partners. For this reason, all ticket sales are final.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Ticket, Credit & Transfer Policy.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a ticket has been purchased, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, weather, or failure to attend the event.

Event Credits

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be eligible to be applied as a credit toward another HerEra Experiences™ event.

Credits:

• are issued solely at the discretion of HerEra Experiences™;

• must be requested prior to the event;

• may only be used toward eligible future experiences;

• have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash;

• may be subject to restrictions based on the specific event, venue, accommodations, transportation, or supplier agreements.

Notall events are eligible for ticket credits. Certain VIP experiences, retreats, overnight events, specialty tours, or events with third-party contractual obligations may be excluded.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to five (5) days prior to the event date.

To complete a transfer, HerEra Experiences™ must receive the new guest's full name, email address, phone number, emergency contact information, and any required waivers no later than five days before the event.

No ticket transfers will be accepted within five days of the event.

Event Cancellation

Should HerEra Experiences™ cancel an event, attendees can:

• Transfer the full value of their ticket to another HerEra Experiences™ experience.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location on time. Buses, boats, limousines, and other scheduled transportation depart promptly and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.

Missed departures or failure to attend the event are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

HerEra Experiences™ reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of ticket purchase will apply to that event.
