Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
All HerEra Experiences™ events are intended for adults. Unless otherwise stated, participants must be 19 years of age or older and may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification.
Physical Ability
Many of our experiences include walking, stairs, uneven ground, docks, beaches, vineyards, trails, boats, and other natural terrain. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate safely. If you have mobility concerns or require accommodations, please contact us before booking. Not all venues or transportation providers are wheelchair accessible.
Weather
Our experiences operate rain or shine. Tours will only be cancelled if HerEra Experiences™, the transportation provider, boat captain, or charter operator determines that weather or other conditions make it unsafe to proceed.
Alcohol Responsibility
Many HerEra Experiences™ events visit wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, or licensed establishments. Alcohol consumption is always optional. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and comply with all provincial laws and the policies of each venue. HerEra Experiences™ reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or illegal. No refunds or credits will be issued in these circumstances.
Transportation
Guests must arrive at the designated departure location at the specified check-in time. Buses, boats, and limousines operate on strict schedules and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Missed departures are considered a no-show and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Personal Responsibility
Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the experience. HerEra Experiences™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant HerEra Experiences™ permission to use your image in marketing, social media, and promotional materials unless you advise us in writing before the event.
Liability
While HerEra Experiences™ works with reputable transportation providers, venues, captains, guides, and suppliers, participation involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks and release HerEra Experiences™, its owners, staff, volunteers, partners, venues, and suppliers from liability for injuries, losses, damages, delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control, except where prohibited by law.
Right to Refuse Service
HerEra Experiences™ reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behaviour jeopardizes the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of others. No refund or credit will be provided in these situations.
Itinerary Changes
Occasionally, venues, entertainment, schedules, routes, or transportation may change due to weather, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. HerEra Experiences™ reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as the HerEra Experiences™ Ticket, Credit & Transfer Policy.
Medical Waiver & Emergency Information
The health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. Prior to participating in any HerEra Experiences™ tour, retreat, or event, all participants are required to complete and sign a Medical Waiver and Release Form. Guests who have not completed and signed the required waiver before the event will not be permitted to participate, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the activities associated with their chosen experience. Participants must carry any required medications, including but not limited to inhalers, EpiPens, insulin, heart medication, or other prescribed emergency medications, and must be able to self-administer them if required. HerEra Experiences™ staff and volunteers are not medical professionals and are not responsible for administering medication or providing medical treatment.
By participating, guests acknowledge that they assume responsibility for their own health and well-being and authorize HerEra Experiences™ to contact emergency medical services and their designated emergency contact should a medical emergency arise during the experience. Any medical, ambulance, transportation, or related expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
